The original campaign's site has a menu item called Inquiry Services Page. It appears to be a leftover from the website template. Faithful parody demands we have one too. Ours services inquiries.

No. None of the nine questions touches the sand, the pier, or public beach access.

No. Question G keeps the 45-foot commercial and 55-foot multifamily caps, and the lot-coverage limits, in the Charter. It removes floor area ratio caps and mixed-use and accessory-use restrictions.

No one has proposed it. Question H removes three operating rules for the lot: minimum space dimensions, the 15-day annual cap on commercial use, and the ban on counting its spaces toward other properties' parking. Separately, Question E would let the Commission, rather than a referendum, approve future sales or leases of city property over $750,000.

It moves them. City elections would go from March of odd years to November of even years starting in 2028. To get there, no election is held in March 2027 or March 2029, and current terms run about 20 months longer. That extension is the fair objection to D.

A majority of the five-member Commission you elect. Three votes is how the city already adopts its budget, its zoning code and its contracts.
